Canasta is a distinctive sweet sherry crafted in Spain, expertly blending Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherries for a rich, multifaceted profile. With the nutty, dry notes of Oloroso balanced by Pedro Ximénez’s lush, raisin-like sweetness, Canasta sherry casks bring something truly unique to whisky maturation.
