Fèis Ìle 2022: Tokaji Moine 2004 Cask Finish Whisky
Released exclusively for Fèis Ìle 2022, this exceptional single malt has been produced using our Mòine (peated) spirit. Distilled on the 2nd February, 2004, this whisky was matured in our coastal warehouses on Islay for more than a decade in whisky refill casks before being finished for just over a year in sweet Hungarian Tokaji white wine casks.
The result is a gloriously golden dram that perfectly balances smoke and sweetness. Bottled at 52.2% ABV with no added colour and non-chill filtered, this festival release is limited to 1693 bottles.

White sugar, sandal wood, citrus and smoke.
Palate
Smoky vanilla pods, white chocolate, lemon zest and smoky pear.
Finish
Fruity and floral, the sweetness of the Tokaji drops to leave notes of freshly sawn oak wood and distant smoke.
