Aged in a single Manzanilla sherry cask, this rare expression embodies the harmony between our unpeated spirit and the delicate, coastal influence of Manzanilla maturation. Manzanilla sherry, renowned for its crisp and dry profile, is matured in the coastal town of Sanlúcar de Barrameda in Spain. Its unique casks bring a subtle maritime character to the spirit, reflecting both its origins and Bunnahabhain’s own connection to the sea.

MATURATION JOURNEY

Bottled at a robust cask strength of 55.1% ABV, this whisky spent 11 years maturing in a Manzanilla sherry cask; number 3201. Lovingly hand-filled by our dedicated team at Bunnahabhain Distillery, the last remaining drops of this exceptional liquid have been handled with care and precision.
