Warehouse 9 Whisky

Warehouse 9 is one of our maturation warehouses where casks are aged in coastal conditions using the traditional dunnage-style approach to cask storage. Like other warehouse-named releases, whiskies associated with specific warehouses typically highlight the character developed during maturation in that particular environment. Traditional dunnage warehouses like ours help whisky mature slowly in stable, humid conditions influenced by the sea air.

Often, yes. Our warehouse-named bottlings are frequently drawn from individual casks or very small batches, meaning each release can have a distinct flavour profile depending on the cask type, age, and maturation conditions.

They're usually very limited. Our single-cask or warehouse releases can range from a few hundred to a few thousand bottles depending on the cask size and outturn, which is why we position them as enthusiast or collector releases.

Yes, they often do. Because we produce these releases in small numbers and they appeal to collectors and fans of our distillery, availability can be short-lived, especially for cask-strength or distillery-exclusive bottlings.
