Andrew Brown 35 Year Old
For over 35 years, Andrew Brown has been part of the story of Bunnahabhain.
His journey began here in 1988 as an apprentice, unloading the malt boat onto the pier, learning the craft from the ground up and becoming part of the team that brings our single malt to life. Over the years, Andrew has taken on roles of increasing responsibility, building a wealth of knowledge and experience along the way.
Today, he is our Distillery Manager and a guardian of Bunnahabhain single malt, helping to protect the character, quality and traditions that make our whisky what it is.
To celebrate his tenure at the distillery, Andrew hand-selected a special whisky to bear his name, with just 35 bottles crafted to commemorate the occasion.
Each bottle represents a year of Andrew’s journey at Bunnahabhain, from his first days as an apprentice to the role he holds today. It is a fitting reminder of the time, knowledge and dedication that have shaped his career.
Having spent over 35 years of his career at Bunnahabhain, Andrew’s story is deeply woven into the fabric of the distillery. This limited bottling is a chance to raise a dram to the man behind that story – and to everything that comes next.
