Distilled on 8th December 2010, this 15 Year Old distillery exclusive dram was fully matured in a single refill sherry butt to reveal the depth that time and restraint can bring to a peated spirit. The gentle influence of the refill sherry cask allows the whisky’s smoky character to evolve naturally over years of maturation, softening and integrating while retaining clarity and structure.
