雪莉桶威士忌

Sherry cask whisky is matured or finished in casks that previously held sherry, giving the spirit rich notes of dried fruit, caramel, spice and deep sweetness.

We use a variety of sherry casks including Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez and Manzanilla each adding its own layer of complexity and sweetness.

Sherry casks bring depth and richness, enhancing natural fruit notes while adding indulgent flavours like raisin, chocolate and warm spice.

Maturation varies widely, from younger vibrant expressions to older age statements that have spent decades developing depth in sherry wood.

PX (Pedro Ximénez) matured or finished releases tend to be the sweetest, offering lush notes of fig, date and toffee.

Yes, we release special sherry-led bottlings annually, including festival editions and occasional distillery exclusives.
