Cask strength whisky is bottled directly from the cask without dilution, retaining its natural ABV and full flavour intensity exactly as it matures in our coastal warehouses.

We choose casks that show exceptional depth and balance at higher strength, often from rich sherry casks or standout cask types that reveal bold flavours when bottled naturally.

Most cask strength expressions sit between 55% and 60% ABV, though this varies with age, cask type and evaporation during maturation.
