It is a dialogue between Spain and Scotland, sweetness and salt, power and poise.

First laid to rest in ex-Oloroso sherry casks, our robust, oily spirit developed depth, structure, and coastal character. But its journey didn't end there. For 21 months, the whisky was finished in 21 hand-selected Pedro Ximénez casks. A bold choice that brings indulgent layers of sweetness and spice. PX's rich, syrupy character weaves seamlessly through the spirit rather than overpowering it.
